CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
To avoid a charge of 50% of the service, please make the cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or absences of attendance less than 12 hours from the scheduled appointment will mean 100% of the charge.

We accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 business days from the day you receive the products. You can make the refund (according to Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
For this we only ask you to notify us in writing by sending an email to email@example.com to locate the purchase and we will detail how to return your purchase.
If the return is for reasons not attributable to Signature Organic Spa, due to a change of opinion or error by the customer at the time of making the purchase must be the customer who is responsible for returning or deliver directly the products in perfect state. Once we receive the returned products in our warehouse, your refund will be processed immediately. In these cases, Signature Organic Spa will reimburse the client for all payments received, except shipping costs. Likewise, the client must assume the direct cost of the return of the products.
In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to Signature Organic Spa (product defective or not matching the purchased reference) it will be Signature Organic Spa who will be responsible for collecting the products and / or exchange them for the correct one taking charge of the associated costs to this return and / or change. Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will detail how to return without any cost and in a very simple way.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT? Your return step by step
1- INFORM US OF YOUR RETURN
Send an email with the name of the order and the name of the person who made it and the reason for the return to the mail email@example.com. You will receive a response from the Signature Organic Spa team, please do not proceed with the return without receiving a response.
2-PREPARE THE PACKAGE FOR RETURN
The product must be in the same state in which you received it, with the original packaging and label and in the same box. Include the return form correctly filled inside the package.

VERY IMPORTANT: Keep the receipt of the shipment because in case of incident is your voucher against possible claims. Otherwise, Signature Organic Spa is not responsible for the return.
